Read. Spell. Write
Building Literacy One Sound At A Time
At NeuroStars Phonics Factory, we apply the Orton-Gillingham approach to empower neurodivergent learners, especially those with autism and dyslexia, with personalized, multisensory literacy instruction that builds confidence and foundational reading success.

About Us
Creating Equitable Opportunities for Neurodivergent Learners
We are dedicated to empowering children with dyslexia and autism by providing specialized, multisensory literacy instruction tailored to their unique learning needs. Our mission is to unlock each learner’s potential through evidence-based strategies that foster reading and writing success.
Our Commitment
Recognizing the diverse strengths and challenges of our learners, we are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment. By focusing on individualized instruction, we aim to build confidence, improve literacy outcomes, and open doors to future opportunities for those we serve.
At NeuroStars Phonics Factory, we believe that with the right support and instruction, every child can achieve literacy success and reach their full potential.
Our Approach
Partnering to create a world where every child reads with confidence.
At NeuroStars Phonics Factory, we empower children with autism and dyslexia to close literacy gaps using the explicit, systematic, multisensory Orton-Gillingham method. Through visual supports, multi-sensory activities, and individualized learning pathways, each student masters decoding, spelling, and fluency at their own speed.
We wrap every lesson in supportive “at home” toolkits, social-emotional check-ins, and parent workshops—so families have clear guidance, celebrate each milestone, and feel confident that their child is building skills and self-belief for a lifetime of reading success.
Proven Approach
We utilize the evidence-based Orton-Gillingham method to help students build strong foundations in reading, writing, and spelling—an approach backed by decades of research and success.
Inclusive & Empowering
We foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where every learner is celebrated and empowered to achieve their full potential.
Neurodivergent-Centered
Our programs are intentionally designed with neurodivergent learners in mind, honoring their unique strengths and providing the structure and flexibility they need to thrive
Multisensory Instruction
By engaging sight, sound, touch, and movement, our multisensory strategies help students connect with language in meaningful and lasting ways.

What We Do
01.
— We Close Gaps
We pinpoint literacy gaps with research‑based screeners, then deliver engaging, multisensory Orton‑Gillingham lessons tailored to each learner, turning decoding and spelling struggles into lasting strengths.
02.
— We Tailor Instruction
We shape every Orton‑Gillingham lesson around each learner’s profile, adjusting pace, materials, and supports so neurodivergent students experience accessible instruction that accelerates measurable reading growth.
03.
— We Equip Families
We empower caregivers through practical toolkits, bite‑size training videos, and check‑ins, so at‑home routines reinforce multisensory lessons and celebrate every literacy milestone along the journey.
04.
— We Train Mentors
We train caring mentors in holistic wrap‑around supports, SEL check‑ins, career guidance, family coordination—so each session strengthens literacy and whole‑child growth.
05.
— We Measure Progress
We measure progress with IMSE screeners, fidelity rubrics, and social‑emotional check‑ins, turning data into easy‑to‑read progress snapshots that sharpen instruction, inform families, and meet accountability standards.
06.
— We Expand Access
We widen literacy reach through school partnerships, community referrals, scholarship seats, and no‑cost‑to‑sliding fees, delivering multisensory Orton‑Gillingham support to students who might otherwise be overlooked.
