NeuroStars Phonics Factory supports neurodivergent learners through structured literacy intervention, autism homeschool coaching, summer reading support, parent education, and family-centered resources.

Our work is especially centered around autistic learners and their families while also serving students with dyslexia and ADHD. Through explicit, multisensory, and Orton-Gillingham-informed literacy support, we help learners strengthen reading, spelling, decoding, fluency, vocabulary, comprehension, and writing foundations.

Rooted in lived experience and educator expertise, NSPF exists to expand access to literacy support that is structured, affirming, and responsive to each learner’s needs.

Message From Founder & CEO

I’m so glad you’ve found us. This organization was born from a deeply personal place, my incredible son, who is autistic and has taught me more about love, resilience, and learning than I could have imagined. As I watched him navigate the challenges of literacy in a world not always built for neurodivergent learners, I knew there had to be a better way.

That desire, to ensure children like my son have access to the tools, strategies, and support they need to thrive, is what led to the creation of NeuroStars Phonics Factory. We are here to support, celebrate, and empower youth with autism, dyslexia, and other learning differences through research-based, personalized instruction grounded in the Orton-Gillingham approach.

Board Governance

NeuroStars Phonics Factory is guided by a nonprofit board of directors that supports the organization’s mission, accountability, and long-term sustainability.

As we continue growing, our board helps provide oversight, mission alignment, and strategic guidance for expanding structured literacy intervention, autism homeschool coaching, family resources, and community access for neurodivergent learners.

Community Partnerships

NeuroStars Phonics Factory welcomes partnerships with schools, homeschool communities, family-serving organizations, local businesses, churches, civic groups, and community leaders who want to expand literacy access for autistic, dyslexic, and ADHD learners.

Partnerships may support student referrals, family resources, parent engagement, classroom supplies, sponsorships, community outreach, and our Back-to-Program Campaign.
